TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Client Consent, Liability Waiver & Terms of Service
Operated by Jounre LLC, DBA Bend & Bloom Wellness

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Jounre LLC, doing business as Bend & Bloom Wellness (“Company”) for participation in non-medical, in-home assisted stretch and wellness sessions.

By booking a session with Bend & Bloom Wellness, Client acknowledges, understands, and voluntarily agrees to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

I understand that Bend & Bloom Wellness provides wellness-based assisted stretching, aromatherapy, and mobility support services. These sessions are not physical therapy, medical treatment, or any form of diagnosis or rehabilitation. I confirm that I am voluntarily engaging in this service for general wellness and self-care purposes only.

2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that all physical activity, including assisted stretching, involves inherent risks. I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, strain, or adverse reaction that may result from my participation in the session, regardless of cause.
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Jounre LLC, DBA Bend & Bloom Wellness, its owners, contractors, Bloom Specialists, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in any session or use of any products or services.

3. Medical Disclosure

I affirm that I am in appropriate physical condition to receive assisted stretching and will notify my Bloom Specialist of any medical conditions, past injuries, limitations, or sensitivities that may impact the session. I understand the Company does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and I agree to consult my physician before beginning any wellness program.

4. Right to Refuse Service

I understand that the Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

  • The environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or disruptive (e.g. smoking, aggression, nudity, or inappropriate behavior)

  • The client is intoxicated, disrespectful, or sexually suggestive

  • The session cannot be safely performed due to space limitations or other risk factors

If a session ends early due to any of the above, I understand I will not be refunded for the service.

5. Identification Requirement

I understand that a valid photo ID is required at the time of booking or service. Failure to provide one may result in the session being cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of the Bloom Specialist.

6. Aromatherapy & Touch Consent

I understand that sessions may include the use of aromatherapy and light-to-moderate physical touch to guide and support stretching. I agree to communicate any discomfort or preferences clearly, and I may pause or stop the session at any time.

7. Payment, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

I agree to the Company’s policies regarding payment, cancellations, and no-shows. I understand that cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to appear for a scheduled session, will result in 100% of the service fee being charged.

8. Agreement & Binding Acknowledgment

By booking, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver. I release Jounre LLC, DBA Bend & Bloom Wellness, and all affiliated parties from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy

At Bend & Bloom Wellness, each session is thoughtfully reserved just for you. Because our Bloom Specialists travel to you and intentionally prepare your in-home experience in advance, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

To cancel or reschedule, you may call or text us directly. Cancellations made via email, social media, or third-party platforms will not be accepted.

Cancellations made within 24 hours — or missed appointments without notice — will be charged 100% of the service fee. This helps us honor the time and energy our Specialists set aside exclusively for your session and ensures a smooth, respectful rhythm for all clients.

We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, we’ll always do our best to accommodate with advance notice. Thank you for helping us protect the integrity of the care we provide.
